Meet SlaByte at Bangkok Auto Salon 2026

2026-08-18

Bangkok, see you soon.

From August 26 to 30, SlaByte will be at Bangkok Auto Salon 2026, held at BITEC Bangna, Exhibition Hall 100. You can find us at Booth E29.

For us, this trip is about more than setting up a booth and showing a machine.

We want to meet the people actually working with automotive film every day: PPF installers, window tint shops, wrap professionals, distributors, and business owners trying to make their workflow a little easier.

If you work with film, there is probably something worth talking about.

SlaByte at Bangkok Auto Salon 2026 Booth E29 with cutting software plotter and smart film solutions

What Are We Bringing to Bangkok?

The short answer is:

A complete film cutting solution built around software, vehicle data, cutting equipment, and real shop workflows.

SlaByte is not focused on a single machine or one part of the cutting process. Our goal is to provide a broader solution for shops working with PPF, window tint, and vinyl, covering everything from vehicle pattern selection and editing to cutting and installation preparation.

At Bangkok Auto Salon 2026, visitors will be able to explore how these different parts work together.

You can see our cutting software, learn more about our vehicle database, talk with our team about different equipment options, and discuss how a complete cutting workflow can fit different types of film businesses.

For the physical equipment display, we will bring the S-Cut V70 to the show as our on-site sample machine.

Because transporting large cutting equipment internationally is not always practical, the V70 is the model we selected for the live display in Bangkok. However, it represents only one part of SlaByte's wider range of cutting solutions.

Our team will also be available to introduce the rest of the product line and help visitors compare different options based on shop size, material type, production volume, and working style.

So even if the machine you are interested in is not physically on the booth, feel free to ask.

The real focus of this exhibition is not one plotter.

It is showing how software, accurate vehicle data, cutting equipment, and shop workflow can work together as one complete film cutting solution.

Cutting Software for PPF, Window Tint, and Vinyl

A good cutting workflow starts before the plotter moves.

At the booth, visitors will be able to see how digital patterns are selected, prepared, edited, and sent into the cutting process.

For PPF shops, that can mean checking individual vehicle panels, adjusting edges, or modifying a pattern around real installation needs.

For window tint shops, the priority may be faster pattern preparation and repeatable daily cutting.

Vinyl shops may care more about custom graphics, lettering, logos, and other repeat jobs.

The material changes, but the basic question stays the same:

Can the shop move from a digital file to an installable piece without adding unnecessary steps?

That is also why we often talk about the entire workflow from data to delivery instead of looking at software and hardware separately.

This time, SlaByte will bring the S-Cut V70 to Bangkok Auto Salon 2026.

The V70 uses a wider cutting platform and is designed for shops that handle larger-format materials or a mix of PPF, window tint, and vinyl work. For businesses with regular daily production, the wider platform and stable film handling can also make the cutting process easier to manage.

But we are not bringing the V70 to Bangkok just to put a machine on display.

The more useful part is showing how the machine works together with vehicle data, software, and the actual cutting workflow.

For most shops, the real question is not:

“How impressive are the specifications?”

It is:

“Can this machine fit into the way my shop actually works every day?”

That is much easier to understand when you can see the complete process in person.

Why Vehicle Data Will Be a Big Part of the Booth

Cutting equipment is easy to see.

Data is less visible, but it can have just as much impact on daily work.

A plot  ter follows the file it receives. If the pattern is wrong, the machine cannot magically know that a bumper edge should be different or that the wrong vehicle version has been selected.

That is why vehicle data deserves attention before cutting begins.

At the booth, we will show how vehicle patterns connect to real cars, including the kind of panel-by-panel data used for PPF and related film work.

Visitors can look at how templates are organized, how patterns correspond to actual vehicle panels, and how editing tools can be used when an installer needs more control.

If you want to understand this part before visiting the show, our guide to PPF cutting data accuracy explains why pattern quality matters beyond simply owning a good plotter.

Real Cars Matter More Than Big Numbers

A vehicle database can sound impressive when it is described only by the number of templates.

But installers usually have a more practical question:

Does it fit the car in front of me?

That is why verification matters.

Vehicle generations change. Trim levels differ. Regional versions can introduce small but important differences. New models arrive quickly, especially in markets where EV brands and new vehicle platforms are expanding.

For a working shop, data needs to stay useful after the software is purchased.

At the Bangkok show, we want visitors to look past database numbers and talk about how data is actually collected, checked, updated, and used during installation.

Those conversations are often much more useful than a specification sheet.

What Thai and Southeast Asian Shops Can Explore at Booth E29

One reason we are looking forward to Bangkok is that every market works a little differently.

The vehicles are different.

Customer preferences are different.

Shop sizes are different.

Even installation habits can vary from one country to another.

For Thai and Southeast Asian film businesses, some of the most useful questions may be very practical:

Does the database include the vehicles commonly seen in this market?

Can patterns be adjusted when installers want a different edge?

Can one workflow support PPF, window tint, and vinyl?

How difficult is it to train new staff?

What happens when a shop has a data or software question after purchase?

These are exactly the kinds of conversations we want to have at the show.

And if you are still learning the software side of film cutting, our operation tutorials are another place to see how common functions work in practice.

More Than a Product Demo

Trade shows are useful because they put real people in the same room.

A website can explain features.

A video can show a machine cutting.

A specification sheet can list dimensions and functions.

But none of those things can replace a shop owner standing at the booth and saying:

“This is the problem I keep having every week. How would you handle it?”

That is the part we value most.

Maybe your biggest problem is wasting too much PPF.

Maybe your senior installer is overloaded.

Maybe your current plotter tracks badly on long cuts.

Maybe your staff cannot find the correct vehicle quickly.

Or maybe your existing setup works well and you simply want to compare what else is available.

Those are all good reasons to stop by.

Why SlaByte Is Coming to Thailand

SlaByte works with automotive film businesses in different markets, and Thailand is already an important one for us.

Today, SlaByte has 1,382 customers in Thailand.

That number is not just a customer count.

It represents Thai shops, installers, and automotive film professionals who are already using SlaByte software, data, or workflow tools in real business environments.

But using a system online and meeting face to face are two very different things.

Coming to Thailand gives us a better chance to understand how local installers actually work:

Which vehicles do you see most often?

Where does your team lose the most time?

Which functions do you use every day?

Which problems are difficult to explain online?

That is one of the main reasons we are excited about Bangkok Auto Salon 2026.

For visitors meeting SlaByte for the first time, it is also a chance to learn more about SlaByte and the team behind the platform, rather than only seeing a logo or a machine online.

For our existing Thai customers, Booth E29 is a place to come and talk directly about real usage, questions, suggestions, and future needs.

For us, international growth should not only mean adding another country to a list.

It should mean understanding how installers in that market actually work.

Already Using SlaByte? Come Talk to Us Anyway

The booth is not only for people seeing SlaByte for the first time.

If you already use SlaByte, come say hello.

Tell us what works.

Tell us what does not.

Show us the vehicle you had trouble finding.

Ask about a function you have never used.

Or simply talk to us about how your shop is changing.

Existing users often give us the most useful feedback because they are working with the system under real conditions every day.

For common software and workflow questions before or after the show, you can also visit the SlaByte FAQs.
